Independent Owners and Teachers is a group of schools with the goals of:

1. Learning from members–as well as others–to improve ourselves as school owners.
2. To expand student-centered teaching around Japan.

While sponsored by MY Education and the English Teachers’ Book Service, the focus is on helping the members create and grow the best and most effective schools possible.
